Yeon Avenue is Highway 30 so it is literally minutes from the Pearl District, Nob Hill area, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Legacy Emanuel. We are just 3 miles from the heart of downtown, and 2 1/2 miles from I - 5. Several excellent restaurants are a short drive from us.
